Cows milk. I was taught in school that “every body needs milk”. Yes, we need milk. Human milk! As babies, we do need our mother’s milk. Then, we are weaned onto solid food. We do not continue nursing as adults (well, most of us!). Yet, we are the only mammals that nurse from another mammal – a cow! The milk which cows produce grows a 1500 pound body, very quickly. Cows milk is not only full of diseases and toxins, cow steroids and hormones, but the protein in cow milk, casein, the growth factor, has actually been linked to cancer in humans! It’s too much growth factor for the much smaller human body. If a cow nursed from a human, it wouldn’t survive. Our milk doesn’t have enough of anything required for such a huge animal.
Now, watch how the countries with the highest cow milk intake have the highest rate of osteoporosis. If cow milk builds strong bones … “every body needs milk” and all those ridiculous milk mustaches, then the people who consume the most milk, cheese, ice cream, yogurt, etc., should have the strongest bones. THEY DO NOT! THEIR BONES ARE WEAK AND BROKEN.
