Meet Alice.  She’s beautiful, patient, compassionate, and a victim of sexual abuse.

Alice is a cow.  She is a dairy cow, exploited by an industry supported by anyone who consumes milk, ice cream, cheese, yogurt.  She was sexually abused by a human.  Are you paying for her abuse?  Is your body ravaged by disease brought on by nursing from a cow?  Cancer, Type 1 diabetes, infertility all caused by the consumption of cow milk and milk products.  You have a choice.  Alice doesn’t.  Fight Ag-Gag laws being passed now in the United States.  These laws silence Alice’s cries in pain and jail those who would help her.  Which side are you on?  Mercy or pain?  Your silence = complicity in pain.  Speak out for Alice and other beautiful life forms who suffer at human hands.

My rheumatoid arthritis began in 2008 with pain in my knees, which soon traveled to my elbows and hands. Each day it got a little harder to walk. I felt like the Tin Man from The Wizard of Oz, rusting in place. I could not roll over in bed and, I would wake up crying in terrible joint pain. I could not button clothes or tie my shoes. I was convinced that I was dying.
